HOW MUCH POTENTIAL BUSINESS DOES HE/SHE TURN DOWN?

If a REALTOR does not turn down any business, it may indicate a lack of professional minimum standards. If a REALTOR does not qualify each potential client, they could be overwhelmed trying to service too many unqualified clients, thereby causing a negative service effect on their qualified clients.

WHAT TYPE OF ONGOING SERVICE SYSTEMS DO THEY HAVE IN PLACE FOR THEIR CURRENT AND PAST CLIENTS

If you ask them this question, could they show you their systems immediately? Would they offer you a tour of their personal office space and internal service systems?

HOW MUCH DO THEY CHARGE? ARE THEY WORTH IT?

A. Based on all home sales in 2014, according to the Centre County Association of REALTORS MLS, the average home took 59 days to receive an acceptable offer and sold for 95.80% of the list price.

B. Homes which received an acceptable offer within 30 days, sold on average for 98.46% of the list price in 2014.

The difference between A. and B. could be in the REALTOR you select.

To achieve above average results, it may be worth finding an above average REALTOR.
